Weekly Youth Theatre sessions for young people aged 11-16 years. If you love Acting, Games, Creating new plays, Performing and making new friends, then this is the place for you!
We provide safe spaces for young people to create, explore and find their voice through Theatre and the Arts. We put young people at the heART of the making! Our Youth Theatres are run by professional Artists, Theatre Companies and experienced facilitators/teachers who are all DBS checked.
We are grateful to our funders to be able to provide access to the Arts for all young people.
Price:
£18.50 per month
This class is covered by a regular payment every month.
Subscription: Our sessions are offered using a 'Pay What You Choose' method of payment. We understand that not everyone is in the same financial position, so please only pay what you feel you can at £18.50, £23.50, £34 or £45 per month. Please get in touch if £18.50 pcm is difficult for your family. If you choose to pay more than £23.50pcm to support other young people, please let us know in the bookings questions.
We hope to make SYT as inclusive as possible to all young people in Somerset and work hard with our funders and partners to make payments affordable for all, whilst ensuring a quality creative experience.
How does the subscription work?
Somerset Youth Theatre weekly sessions run in accordance with school term time. Your payment plan covers all fees for the year. These fees are split into 10 affordable payments, therefore fees are not taken during July & August*. These fees are taken out on the 1st of every month.
*If your young persons sessions run into July in the Summer Term then you may be paying an installment in July to cover those extra sessions.
